In this paper, we study and propose i) Second-order Cellular Neural Networks (SOCNN) architecture based on standard CNN proposed by Leon. O. Chua with the 2nd-order polynomial inputs and bounded parameter assumptions; the conditions for the existence and stability of the solutions of CNN are presented by choosing appropriate Lyapunov function; simulation and computing results by the simple example are perfomed on the Matlab (2014) Simulink
