Comparison of public servant recruitment between Vietnam and Japan

Recruiting civil servants who are capable of effectively performing their assigned tasks contributes to improving the efficiency of state administrative management. The aim is to provide recommendations for improving legal regulations and the organization of civil servant recruitment for administrative agencies in Vietnam.
