Enhanced performance of perovskite solar cell via controlling layer thickness

In this study, the PCE of the devices was optimized by controlling TiO2 blocking layer thickness, TiO2 mesoporous layer thickness, and perovskite capping layer thickness. The effects of each layer on the performance of PSCs are also discussed.
