The surface modification of synthesized nano-BaTiO3 particles was carried out using g-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane (g-APS) in an ethanol/water solution. The modified particles were characterized by FTIR, TGA, surface charge analysis, and by dielectric constant measurement.
