This model overcomes certain misconceptions about maintenance phase and it is highly beneficial to the Maintenance Support Team (MST) to handle their maintenance activities systematically and efficiently. By employing the proposed model, the MST is able to overcome the technical and managerial issues that are faced earlier in the maintenance phase. The advantage of using “Entretian Model” is best illustrated in this paper with the help of the ERP package.
