Factors influence consumer satisfaction in safe food stores: The case of Thanh Hoa city, Vietnam

In recent years, a system of safe food stores has been formed and developed to meet the increasing demands of consumers. We observe that, safe food stores develop in competition for customers with other food retail systems such as traditional markets, supermarkets and trade centers. Based on such observation, the article studies the factors affecting customer satisfaction towards safe food stores.
