Quantum theory of nonlinear absorption of strong electromagnetic wave (EMW) by confined electrons in two - dimensional (2D) graphene without magnetic field has been studied by using the quantum kinetic equation in assumption of electron - optical phonon scattering. The analytic expression of absorption coefficient is obtained in 2D graphene.
