Bottom gate, top contact Organic Field Effect Transistors (OFETs) were fabricated using copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) as an active layer. The electrical properties of OFETs fabricated with CuPc annealed at different annealing temperatures and different channel length to width (L/W) ratios were studied.
