Nhằm vào các nhà hoạch định chiến lược, giám đốc điều hành và trung cấp quản lý cao cấp, cuốn sách này ghi rõ các câu hỏi cần được hỏi về chiến lược và cung cấp 10 nguyên tắc mà mọi tổ chức và người dân nên áp dụng.
