In this paper, we consider the problem of modeling complex systems at several levels of abstraction. We proposed MAS-GiG, a multi-level multi-agent model for modeling crowd navigation systems. Our approach is based on the formation of different levels to enhance the effectiveness of managing distributed multi-level systems.
