Nghiên cứu này được tiến hành nhằm tìm ra những thuận lợi, khó khăn từ đó đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả sử dụng đất của các doanh nghiệp được Nhà nước cho thuê đất trên địa thành phố Thái Nguyên, tỉnh Thái Nguyên.
