Nghiên cứu một số đặc điểm vật hậu và kỹ thuật nhân giống hữu tính loài thích núi cao (Acer campbellii Hook.f. & Thoms. ex Hiern) tại Lâm Đồng

Thích núi cao là loài cây có hình thái đẹp, lá chuyển màu theo các thời gian trong năm, có thể trồng làm cây cảnh quan. Nghiên cứu này theo dõi đặc điểm vật hậu, quả và hạt giống, xác định độ trương bão hòa hạt cũng như đánh giá ảnh hưởng của nhiệt độ nước xử lý ban đầu, thời gian bảo quản hạt, thành phần hỗn hợp ruột bầu đến sự nảy mầm của hạt và sinh trưởng cây con.

Ex Hiern FROM SEEDS IN LAM DONG PROVINCE Ngo Giang Phi1, 2, Le Hong En1, Ho Le Tuan2, Nguyen Thi Minh Hai2, NgoVan Cam1 1 Forest Science Institute of Central Highlands and South of Central Vietnam 2 Acer cambpellii is a tree with a beautiful morphology whose leaves can change color in several periods of the year and can be planted as a landscape tree. In this study, phenology was used to examine fruit, absorbed water seed and seed features, as well as storage period, effects of initial treatment water temperature, influence of substrate on seed germination and seedling development. The results reveal that the appropriate time for fruit harvesting is between September and November. A kilogram of fruit contains an average of 6,695 fruits, whereas a kilogram of seeds has an average of 16,631 seeds with a water content of 10.32%. The fruits length and diameter are 4.47 cm (winged fruit), 0.92 cm (wingless fruit), and 0.5 cm, with a seed rate of 90.67%. The seed sizes are 7.92 mm in length and 4.24 mm in diameter, respectively, with a having embryo seed rate of 95.67%. Seeds attain saturation after 44 hours. The optimal beginning water temperature for seed treatment is 45oC. Germination rate, germination potential, germination speed, germination start time, germination end time, and average germination time are as follows: 94.33%, 36%, 12.38 days, 7.33 days, 21 days, and 13.33 days. Cold temperatures (5 - 10oC) are preferable than normal temperatures for preservation. The storage period at cold temperatures is around 6 months, with a germination rate of 65.67%. In the nursery stage, seedlings develop effectively when the substrate is mixed with a 70% soil and 30% coir ratio; after 6 months, the tree height is 45.54 cm and the base diameter is 5.68 mm. The research findings provide the scientific foundation for generating technological guidance for propagating and growing this species in specific highland areas in Vietnam.
