On June,12th, 2017, the Tro Chieng Festival was recognized by the State as a national intangible cultural heritage. This marks the recognition of the State of the core cultural values of the Tro Chieng Festival. Therefore, this research will contribute some practical solutions to promote the values of the Festival, thereby really becoming a driving force for cultural development in the current period.
