The objective of the thesis: On the basis of clarifying the need and the objective conditions and subjective factors influencing the development of NNLNCLC in Vietnam today, the thesis assesses the situation of NNLNCLC in Vietnam nowadays, from which it proposes a number of key measures to develop NNLNCLC to meet the requirements of the renovation in VietnaM.
