Thông tin tài liệu:
It is well known that activated Factor XII (FXIIa) andkallikrein are rapidly inactivated in plasma as a result ofreaction with endogenous inhibitors. The purpose of thismay be to prevent uncontrolled deleterious spreading andactivation of target zymogens. Both FXII and the complexplasma prekallikrein/high molecular mass kininogenbecome activated when they bind, in a Zn2+-dependentmanner, to receptors on human umbilical vein endothelialcells (HUVEC).
