Thông tin tài liệu:
Thyrotropin-releasing hormone receptor (TRHR) hasalready been cloned in mammals where thyrotropin-releas-inghormone (TRH) isknowntoactasapowerful stimulatorof thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) secretion. The TRHreceptor of amphibians has not yet been characterized, although TRH is specifically important in the adaptation ofskin color to environmental changes via the secretion ofa-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (a-MSH).
