Thông tin tài liệu:
Translocation through the plasma membrane is a majorlimiting step for the cellular delivery of macromolecules.A promising strategy to overcome this problem consists inthe chemical conjugation (or fusion) to cell penetratingpeptides (CPP) derived from proteins able to cross theplasma membrane. A large number of dierent cargo mol-ecules such as oligonucleotides, peptides, peptide nucleicacids, proteins or even nanoparticles have been internalizedin cells by this strategy.
