The stability ofb-glucosidase from the hyperthermophile Pyrococcus furio-suswas studied as a function of pressure, temperature and pH. The confor-mational stability was monitored using FTIR spectroscopy, and thefunctional enzyme stability was monitored by inactivation studies.
