Thông tin tài liệu:
EspB is a multifunctional protein associated with the type III secretionsystem of enterohaemorrhagic Escherichia coli, and interacts with variousbiomolecules includinga-catenin in the host cell. The binding of EspB toa-catenin is thought be involved in actin reorganization during bacterialinfection, although the precise mechanism of this phenomenon is stillunclear.
