Tightly coupled inside-out vesicles were prepared fromParacoccus denitrificanscells (SPP, sub-Paracoccusparticles)and characterized kinetically. The rate of NADHoxidation,catalysed by SPP, increases 6–8 times on addition of gram-icidin.
