The cell-free supernatant (CFS) of Lactobacillus sp. RM1exhibited strong and broad antimicrobial activity against both toxigenic fungi and harmful bacteria. The chemical composition of CFS determined by GC–MS showed a wide variety of antioxidant and antimicrobial compounds.
