The survey is also conducted in major cities of Vietnam such as Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi, etc. This research utilizes the structural equation modeling (SEM) approach to clarify the relationships between all factors in the research model. The research results show that Commitment and Reciprocity have a great effect on Consumer’s Continuance Intention on review on online applications.
