Điều trị bệnh cột sống thắt lưng bằng phẫu thuật ít xâm lấn tại khoa Phẫu thuật cột sống bệnh viện Việt Đức

Nghiên cứu mô tả hồi cứu dựa trên 343 hồ sơ bệnh nhân bị các bệnh lý cột sống khác nhau đã được mổ tại Khoa Phẫu thuật cột sống bệnh viện Việt Đức từ tháng 1/2008 đến tháng 12/2011. Mô tả kỹ thuật của từng phẫu thuật đã áp dụng; đánh giá kết quả bước đầu của các bệnh nhân đã được phẫu thuật và theo dõi.

This paper aim to present our experiences related to minimally invasion spine surgery recently applied at Viet Duc University Hospital. Material and Methods: Retro-observational study describing all types of MISS having been performed at the Spinal Department of Surgery at Viet Duc hospital, included:32 Transforaminal endoscopic discectomy, lumbar microdiscectomy using METRx, TLIF with SEXTANT system and kyphoplasty. Evaluate the surgical results of technics mentioned above. Results: From January 2008 to December 2011, several minimally Invasive procedures have been performed for patients sustained different spinal diseases: Transforaminal endoscopic discectomy in 145 patents; Lumba microdiscectomy using METRx in 151 patients; Minimally Invasion Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion (TLIF) in 15 patients and Kyphoplasty for the Treatment of Osteoporotic Compression Fractures in 32 patients. Quickly recovery has been seen in most of patients who satisfied themselves with their operations. The hospital stay times have been also significantly reduced. Conclusion: Although the advantages of Minimally Invasion Spine Surgery have been worldwide demonstrated, the widwspread adoption of these Techniques required much attention regarding choosing patients for indication, appropriate equipement of operating unit, necessary instrumentation and esp ...
