Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu là đánh giá mức độ công bố thông tin phi tài chính của các doanh nghiệp niêm yết tại sở giao dịch chứng khoán Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh giai đoạn 2016-2020, đây là giai đoạn 5 năm kể từ khi Thông tư 155/BTC quy định về công bố thông tin trên thị trường chứng khoán có hiệu lực.
