Prehabilitation and recovery programmes aim to optimise patients’ physical fitness and mental wellbeing before, during and after cancer treatment. This paper aimed to understand the impact of such a programme on emotional well-being in individuals undergoing cancer surgery. The programme was multi-modal, containing physical activity, well-being and nutritional support.
