Up to December 2016, there were 246 stocks delisted on Vietnam stock market. However, there was no research intensively studied on this emerging issue in Vietnam. Therefore, the aims of this research include: (1) giving an overview of Vietnam delisting current situation; (2) estimating the effects of factors on delisting probability in Vietnam stock market; and (3) providing suggestions for Vietnam government, firms and investors to avoid delisting risks.
