Wood industry is a critical industry which accommodates anincreasing export up to 300% in three years. Data collected by a survey of stratified randomsampling of 350 manufacturing workers at three factories of Tran Duc group. A Likert-scaletype questionnaire was used to detect employment attitudes, job satisfaction and organizationalcommitment.Hierarchical regression analysis was used to analyze the data of the study. Company’s vision,job security, leadership support, pay & benefits, and co-worker relation are found significantdeterminants of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The finding of this studyprovide valuable insights for the management of Tran Duc group understanding the factorseffecting job satisfaction and organizational commitment as well as relationship between jobsatisfaction and organizational commitment.Key words: Job satisfaction, organizational commitment, turnover.
