Trong bối cảnh văn hoá phẩm khiêu dâm lưu hành phức tạp cùng sự gia tăng hành vi tình dục không an toàn ở thanh thiếu niên Việt Nam, một câu hỏi đặt ra là liệu những ấn phẩm đó liên quan như thế nào tới quan niệm và hành vi tình dục của giới trẻ? Nghieân cöùu ñònh löôïng keát hôïp ñònh tính naøy ñöôïc tieán haønh treân 326 thanh thieáu nieân (TTN) chöa keát hoân tuoåi töø 15 - 24 taïi Gia Laâm, Haø Noäi, cho bieát: Coù khoaûng 55% nam vaø 5,5% nöõ TTN töøng xem baêng ñóa vaø trang web khieâu daâm, 21,3% thöôøng xuyeân xem phim tröïc tuyeán treân internet vaø in sao vaøo oå ghi caù nhaân. Hôn 49% nam TTN töøng xem thöøa nhaän bò kích thích vaø 23% muoán baét chöôùc haønh vi treân phim. Quan nieäm veà tình duïc tröôùc hoân nhaân khaùc bieät theo giôùi, nam côûi môû trong khi nöõ coi troïng trinh tieát.Baïn thaân coù vai troø trong vieäc truyeàn baù aán phaåm khieâu daâm vaø nhoùm coù baïn quan heä tình duïc tröôùc hoân nhaân thì tyû leä coù haønh vi naøy cao gaáp 5,5 laàn nhoùm coøn laïi. Coù 31,4% nam vaø 3,9% nöõ ñaõ QHTD vaø trung bình moät nam töøng QHTD vôùi 1,76 baïn tình vaø 9% nam töøng QHTD ñaõ töøng quan heä vôùi gaùi maïi daâm. Nghieân cöùu cuõng ñaõ cho bieát nam TTN chöa keát hoân xem phim aûnh khieâu daâm coù quan nieäm veà tình duïc tröôùc hoân nhaân côûi môû hôn (ORhieäu chænh = 2,15) vaø ñoàng thôøi döï baùo haønh vi quan heä tình duïc tröôùc hoân nhaân (ORhieäu chænh = 10,5). Beân caïnh ñoù, soá baïn tình trung bình ôû nhoùm naøy cuõng nhieàu hôn nhoùm khoâng xem. Keát quaû nghieân cöùu cho thaáy caàn phaûi aùp duïng nhöõng bieän phaùp hieäu quaû ñeå kieåm soaùt söï löu haønh cuûa phim aûnh khieâu daâm treân internet vaø baêng ñóa traùi pheùp nhaèm haïn cheá toái ña nhöõng taùc ñoäng xaáu ñeán theá heä treû. The association between exposure to porn movies and erotic websites and sexual perception and behaviour of adolescents in Gia Lam district, Ha Noi Tran Thi My Hanh (*), Le Cu Linh (*) 38 Taïp chí Y teá Coâng coäng, 9.2009, Soá 13 (13) | TOÅNG QUAN & NGHIEÂN CÖÙU | Nowadays, the setting of depraved culture becomes a big social problem and people suspect that there is an association between exposure to sexual-content webs, videos and behavior of sexual practice of youth in Viet Nam. This study involved 326 unmarried youth aged from 15 to 24 in Gia Lam district which aims to answer whether the youth with more access to sex-related and porn videos, websites are more likely to have liberal perception and practice related to sexual behaviors. A combination of qualitative study and quantitative survey was conducted. The results show that: 55% of males and 5.5% of females have seen sex web and pornographic videos, 21.3% usually see sex videos online and download them to their private computers. More than 49% of males admitted that they feel sexually aroused, and 23% of the youth males want to imitate actions on those videos that they watched. Male's attitude towards premarital sex is very open - minded while female's attitude is still rather conservative and they still highly respect the idea of virginity. Close friend is an important contributing factor as they spread out quickly those sexual content media and information. Percentage having sex before marriage of youth males - who have close friends having sex before marriage is 5.5 times higher than that in another group. About 31.4% of males and 3.9% of females have sex before marriage and males have in average 1.76 sexual partners. It is also found that 9% of males - who have ever had sex get involved with sex workers. An association was found between watching porn movies and erotic websites and sexual perception (OR = 2.15) and behavior (OR = 10.5). Males who are exposed to porn videos also reported a higher number of sexual partners compared to those who did not.The result of this study shows that there is a need to apply effective methods for controlling on the circulation of online pornographic movies ...
