Nghiên cứu này khảo sát ảnh hưởng của các tácnhân tương hợp polyethylene maleat hóa (MAPE) đến tính chất của composite nền nhựa polyethyleneđộn trấu. Hơn nữa, một số tính chất của trấu cũng được nghiên cứu và các chế độ gia công ép đùn vàđúc tiêm cũng được khảo sát để đưa ra điều kiện gia công tối ưu. Kết quả thực nghiệm cho thấy hiệuquả của chất tương hợp MAPE đối với composite trên cơ sở polyethylene và trấu. Khi thêm 2 ÷ 4%khối lượng MAPE vào thì độ bền kết dính tại bề mặt tiếp xúc giữa trấu và poyethylene cải thiện đáng kểdo vậy làm tăng độ bền kéo, uốn và va đập của composite. This study investigated into the effects of compatibilizer based on maleicanhydride grafted polyethylene (MAPE) on the properties of rice husk filled polyethylene composites.Furthermore, some properties of rice husk were also studied and the processing conditions ofextrusion and injection moulding methods were investigated to give the optimal processing condition.The experimental results indicate the effectiveness of compatibilizer MAPE for the composite based onpolyethylene resin and rice husk fillers. The addition of 2-4 wt% can signicantly improve the interfacialadhesion of rice husk/polyethylene composite and in turn intensify strength, bending strength andimpact toughness of rice husk filled polyethylene composites.
