Methods: A Cross-sectional descriptive study, using quantitative methods to collect information. Subjects are 147 health workers who are working at Commune Health Stations (CHS) in Thach That District, Hanoi. Results: Among 147 CHS staff in Thach That district, male accounted for 14.3%, female accounted for 85.7%; average age 41.4 ± 9.8 and age group 30-40 (32.0%); the 41-50 group (26.5%) and the 51-60 group (24.5%), the under 30 year old group had the lowest rate, accounting for 17%. The majority of staff (82.6% in 2020, 93.1% in 2021, and 94% in 2022) were permanent employees, while a smaller percentage were on short contracts (17.4% in 2020, 6.9% in 2021, and 6.0% in 2022). All health workers at commune health stations expressed the need for training in epidemic prevention. Officers who want to train once a year accounted for 86.4%; organization time from 3-5 days accounts for 85%; The desired location for training is at the district health center, accounting for 85% and 100% of the staff want the training course to be fully funded. Conclusions: Thach That district health center needs to develop a plan of continuous training with two contents, both on expertise and management on epidemic prevention and disease prevention in general, combined with training in communication skills, health education, and health education. health, in which it is necessary to consider the factors of location, time and cost in accordance with the needs and desires of the staff.
