Niên giám Thống kê 2010: Phần 2 Gi¶I thÝch thuËt ng÷, néi dung vµ ph¬ng ph¸p tÝnh mét sè chØ tiªu thèng kª c«ng nghiÖp Gi¸ trÞ s¶n xuÊt ngµnh c«ng nghiÖp bao gåm gi¸ trÞ cña c¸c ngµnhc«ng nghiÖp khai th¸c má; c«ng nghiÖp chÕ biÕn; s¶n xuÊt vµ ph©n phèi ®iÖn,khÝ ®èt vµ níc, bao gåm: (1) Doanh thu c«ng nghiÖp (doanh thu b¸n s¶nphÈm, dÞch vô c«ng nghiÖp, b¸n phÕ liÖu, phÕ phÈm vµ doanh thu cho thuªm¸y mãc, thiÕt bÞ cã kÌm theo ngêi ®iÒu khiÓn); (2) Chªnh lÖch cuèi kú, ®Çukú thµnh phÈm tån kho, hµng göi b¸n, s¶n phÈm dë dang. S¶n phÈm c«ng nghiÖp lµ chØ tiªu ph¶n ¸nh kÕt qu¶ trùc tiÕp cña ho¹t®éng s¶n xuÊt c«ng nghiÖp t¹o ra trong mét thêi kú nhÊt ®Þnh, bao gåm s¶nphÈm vËt chÊt vµ s¶n phÈm dÞch vô c«ng nghiÖp.  S¶n phÈm vËt chÊt c«ng nghiÖp lµ s¶n phÈm c«ng nghiÖp ®îc t¹o ra dot¸c ®éng cña c«ng cô lao ®éng lªn ®èi tîng lao ®éng lµm thay ®æi h×nh th¸i ban®Çu cña nguyªn, vËt liÖu ®Ó t¹o ra s¶n phÈm cã gi¸ trÞ sö dông míi hoÆc s¶nphÈm ®îc khai th¸c tõ c¸c má. S¶n phÈm vËt chÊt c«ng nghiÖp bao gåm: (1)ChÝnh phÈm lµ nh÷ng s¶n phÈm vËt chÊt c«ng nghiÖp s¶n xuÊt ra ®¹t quy c¸chvµ phÈm chÊt ®óng tiªu chuÈn kü thuËt quy ®Þnh; (2) Thø phÈm lµ nh÷ng s¶nphÈm vËt chÊt c«ng nghiÖp s¶n xuÊt ra cha ®¹t ®ñ tiªu chuÈn kü thuËt quy®Þnh vÒ quy c¸ch vµ phÈm chÊt nhng vÉn cã gi¸ trÞ sö dông vµ ®îc tiªu thô(thÞ trêng chÊp nhËn); (3) Phô phÈm (cßn gäi lµ s¶n phÈm song song) lµ nh÷ngs¶n phÈm vËt chÊt ®îc t¹o ra trong qu¸ tr×nh s¶n xuÊt c«ng nghiÖp cïng víis¶n phÈm chÝnh.  S¶n phÈm dÞch vô c«ng nghiÖp lµ mét lo¹i s¶n phÈm c«ng nghiÖp biÓuhiÖn díi h×nh thøc gia c«ng hoÆc lµm t¨ng thªm gi¸ trÞ sö dông cña s¶n phÈmc«ng nghiÖp nhng kh«ng lµm thay ®æi h×nh th¸i gi¸ trÞ sö dông ban ®Çu cña s¶nphÈm. C«ng nghiÖp - Industry 421 Explanation of terminology, content and Methodology of some statistical indicators on industry Gross output of industry includes gross output of following industries:mining and quarrying; manufacturing and production and distribution ofelectricity, gas and water, comprising of: (1) Industrial turnover (turnover fromselling industrial products, wasted materials and waste; turnover fromindustrial services and from machinery and equipments with operators for rent;(2) Difference of finished products in stock, consigned products, work-in-progressat the beginning and the end of the period. Industrial product is an indicator showing the results of industrialproduction under the form of material products and services in a given time.  Physical products are industrial products which are created by usingworking instruments to turn the primary materials into new product with newutilization value. Industrial products can also be the ones exploited fromdifferent mines. Physical products include: (1) Finished products are industrialproducts manufactured conformable with specification and technical standards;(2) Secondary products are industrial products still having utilization valuethough they fail to meet the standard of specification and quality.
