Summary of lawstudy doctoral thesis: The role of the court in protecting human rights in present Vietnam

The thesis analyzes and demonstrates theoretical aspects showing the role of Courts in protecting human rights. On the basis of theories being proven, the thesis assesses the situation of protecting human rights by judgment in Vietnam today and proposes a number of scientific solutions aiming at improving science the role of courts in protecting human rights in Vietnam.
