The subject of the thesis is the theoretical perspective on the position and role of the National Assembly‟s agencies, including the National Assembly Standing Committee, Ethnic Council and the National Assembly‟s committees towards constructing a professional National Assembly in the context while Vietnam forming a socialist ruleof-law based State.
