Discover whatstrengths each of the people you manage possess place people where they are called on toemploy those strengths and capitalize on them.Give people authority to completely owntheir responsibilities.Manager create great work place where people thrive: Focus on creating environment whererewarding work happens continually work to remove obstades, barriers and excuses be thestewaredof the organi zational aitture.Mission: Manager get to work perfect sensew.Connect to work to be done with the meaningwhy plan to succed with aviable business model, so pepple always see realistic possibility.Encourage people to work on the enterprise with you, not just within it.Vision: Managers expect and promote to exceptional. Never settle for mediocrity championexcellence so people rise to the occasion lead mentor and coach.Harness energy and driveaction.Do with, not for poster sequential and consequential learning so people continue to grow.
