The third meeting of the Internet Governance Forum was held in Hyderabad, India,on 3-6 December 2008 and focused on the overall theme of ‘Internet for All’. Themeeting was held in the aftermath of terrorist attacks in Mumbai. The participantsexpressed their sympathies to the families of the victims and the Government andthe people of India.
