XÁC ĐỊNH TÁC NHÂN GÂY BỆNH LEM LÉP HẠT LÚA TRÊN ĐỒNG RUỘNG TẠI THỪA THIÊN HUẾ Identify the Cause of Grain Discoloration Disease on Rice in Thua Thien Hue Province 1 1 1 2 Cái Văn Thám , Huỳnh Thị Tâm Thúy , Lê Minh Trí và Hà Minh Thanh Ngày nhận bài: 20.8.2018 Ngày chấp nhận: 30.11.2018 Abstract Identification of pathogens caused grain discoloration disease was carried out in 2017 at laboratories ofCultivation and Plant Protection Sub-departement of Thua Thien Hue and Plant Protection Research Institute.Samples were collected in the delta (Huong Tra, Huong Thuy and Phu Vang districts), the lagoon areas (Phu Loc,Phong Dien and Quang Dien dist.) in the Winter-spring crop 2016-2017 and Summer-autumn crop 2017.Microorganisms were diagnosed and identified basing on classified key of Barnett and Hunter (1973); Agrawal etal., (1989); Mew and Misra, (1994); Miguel and Richard (2006). Harmful spider was viewed under microscope.The results showed that five fungal species were found to be the cause of grain discoloration such as Fusariumsp., Alternaria sp., Curvularia spp., Bipolaris oryzae and Sarocladium oryzae. ĐẶT VẤN ĐỀ nhóm gây bệnh chính là vi khuẩn gây thối đen hạt (Bukholderia glumae) và nấm gây đen lép hạt Bệnh lem lép hạt lúa là một trong những bệnh (Bipolaris oryzae, Curvularia sp., Fusarium sp.,gây hại quan trọng ở các nước trồng lúa trên thế Alternaria sp., Cecospora oryzae, Pyriculariagiới (Ou, 1985). Từ năm 1991- 1995, Nguyễn grisea, Rhizoctonia solani…).
