Educational aim: Students should know about the problems they may have whenstudying in a new school2. Knowledge:- General knowledge: Students learn more about the problems they may have whenstudying in a new school- New words: Words related to higher education3. Skills: - Listening and deciding on True or False statementsII. Method: Intergrated, mainly communicativeIII. Teaching aids: Student’s book, tape and cassette playerIV. Procedure: Teacher’s activities Students’ activitiesWarm-up: (5 minutes)-Give Ss a question to discuss: “Talk about the problems - Work in pairs; discuss the problemsyou may have when studying in a new school.” they may have when studying in a new school.Pre-listening: (7 minutes) - Read loudly the words:- Ask students to look at the part: Before listening Proportion; majority; tutorial;- Read loudly the words: international; available; appointment ;Proportion; majority; tutorial; international; available; Agricultural; rural; thoroughly.appointment; Agricultural; rural; thoroughly. - Understand those words.- Walk round, listen and help students- Ask students to repeat loudly the words- Listen and check pronunciationWhile-listening: (20 minutes)Task 1 - Read the questions quickly.- Introduce the task: Listen to the conversation between - Listen to the listening script.
