Nghiên cứu đánh giá diễn biến thời tiết, khí hậu ảnh hưởng đến vùng lưu vực sông Phó Đáy, tỉnh Tuyên Quang

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện để đánh giá một cách kỹ càng về diễn biến thời tiết, khí hậu, cũng như các hiện tượng thời tiết cực đoan (bão, mưa to, lốc xoáy, hạn hán, nắng nóng kéo dài, rét đậm, rét hại...) tại vùng lưu vực sông Phó Đáy trong giai đoạn từ năm 1980 đến năm 2015.

Under the impact of climate changing, this area is affected by climate conditions; especially unusually temperature changes in the season, heavy rainfall accompanied by flooding in low-lying areas, high frequency of extreme weather events, difficulty in prediction. This causes heavy losses, especially for agricultural production which make people’s lives become more difficult. The research has shown that during the time from 1980 to 2015, temperature in the Pho Day rive area has increased an 0 average of 0.5 C, rainfall has decreased more than 20%. 1.
